I love them all too, but Osaka is my favorite, hands down. She's just so damn awesome.

Osaka rocks! XD I love how she comes across as somewhat dim, but she's easily a genius instead. XD Sakaki is a badass, yeah! But she's sweet!

Sakaki is perhaps one of the few people who is both sweet AND badass.

It is VERY difficult to pull that off, and Sakaki more than manages to do so.
