Suddenly I'm thinking of the old "Christmas Eve on Sesame Street" special where Kermit and grover are getting little kids to theorize how Santa gets down the skinny chimneys. Some of their responses would have suited Osaka perfectly:
Kid: "He's got these keys."
Grover: "What keys?"
Kid: " . . . Santa Claus keys."

I believe that quote was uttered by the Question in Justice League Unlimited when he was being tortured by the Cadmus organization. (They'd shock him, ask him what he knew (about them) and he'd spout out some sage bit of "knowledge" like that instead.) If Osaka actually said that in the series or comic, that'd be hilarious, because it likely means there's an Azumanga fan on the JLU writing team . . .
