While I'm not going to go through the effort of writing a full critique, a couple of things will be mentioned.
Color flow: good.
Lines: good.
feeling and emotion: good.
Shading: choose a direction for the light source and stick with it. right arm, eyes and hair marbles indicate upper left light. left arm indicates and upper right light. ear ring with the larger shiny in the lower right indicates light from the lower right. Body meanwhile has a straight on light approach.
