Wendy from the original Superfriends. Thought she needed some love. I kept her basic look and modernized her outfit. I.E. Took off the high-color pink shirt she wore under her orange tank-top. Her white Bell-bottoms have become shorts. Always thought Wendy was kinda cool when I was a kid. It took years to figure out Marvin is / was/ her brother. I was never sure why she hung out with that total dweeb. O-o *actually: strike that..they're not related.* That was a addition made in Teen Titans.Related content

As a kid it never occurred to me that Marvin looked like a total idiot with that stupid cape on. forty years later I'm surprised Wendy didn't make him get rid of it.

There is no recollection that Wendy and Marvin are related. However according to file sources Wendy is suppose to be Bruce Wayne's (Batman) niece. Though it questions what relatives he has it explains why these kids knew everyone's identities.

I always see people having on MArvin and Wendy: "Oh, they're the blatant kid-appeal characters! They're so random!" The thing is, though, the "kid appeal" must've worked, because I loved these guys when I was a kid... XD

Her retro-licious fashion sense seemed very cool to me when I was a 90's kid and suddenly things like bellbottoms and platform shoes were in again, and everybody watched The Brady Bunch because it was on Nick at Nite. XD

As I was working, I was watching first season Superfriends. Wendy mentions going over to Marvin's house, etc. So, apparently he's just a nerd following her around. XD

Wow, i didn't know that. Considering what happened to them in the normal DCU, they might've been happier never entering the actual comics.
