very good initial step, i cant wait to see the painting, the crow was a great movie.
dont be afraid of adding a little shine on the eyes, like the lips, if not to large, it actually makes the eyes look darker
very well structured, and thought out, good job

The Crow is a great movie. I hope you do manage to get this finished, it looks really good so far. The structuring of his face looks really good. The shading to this so far looks great, and I really like how his eyes and lips are looking in this.
