Lovely! You picked an excellent color palette to set the mood.
Lots of details that I love. Overall, I like the composition, but it feels super super stable — especially the top half. Cover up the top half and then cover up the bottom half and you'll see what I mean, perhaps. The bottom half is much more interesting compositionally while the top half feels very rigid. The bridge's details are beautiful, but compositionally it feels like the bottom half doesn't even need the top.
Does that make sense? I still love it, even though my eye has no reason to explore a large swath of the painting in the upper left corner beyond the bridge.

Actually, I must admit that initially I wanted to apply more detail to the back planes, but I gave it up out of pure lazyness. Shame on me, hehe. I still like the final effect, though. I'll try better next time
