  It's been a day, were still flying, BeeWolf was flying under her mother and next to her uncle, they had left her winglet only a day ago and she missed them more than they thought. Beluga looked at BeeWolf, who was thinking to herself and focusing on flying. He sighed, "You know, when Hornet came to meet me and my father, I didn't like him," he said, hoping to cheer someone up. Seal sniffed, "Not now brother," she said almost smacking him in the head with her tail. Bee nodded, "I know, mothers told me all about you and his arguments," she said after a pause. Beluga chuckled, "Yeah, I doubt I'll hear him now," he said brushing his niece's wing with his. "BeeWolf," Seal said from above her. Bee flapped her wings until she could see her mother's eyes. "Yes, mother?" She asked. Her mother's purple scales were dripping with silver tears, "You'll do the speech, will you not? I fear I have not the energy to say it," she said blinking her sadness back. Bee nodded, "Of course," Bee said, she didn't want to see her mother cry, Not again...
The three dragons landed on an empty plain, it was covered in snow and there was a dead forest around them, the dried tree branches twisted and turned like her heart. She watched as Seal dried her eyes and went to talk with Bee's other aunt, Topaz. She looked around, her emerald eyes scanning the area, everyone was talking with one another, all but Bee. He'd used to talk to me when I was sad, all of those family reunions, even the one's mother didn't approve of me going to, he'd keep me company, what's the points of talking to someone here if it isn't father? Mother needs me to be strong, I need to read the speech. Bee reached into her bag, looking for her scroll, until, she just stopped. Why should I? Father hated it when I wrote while talking, I'll have to memorize what I need.
She sat alone for an hour, even with her baby cousins running around her and tripping on her tail. She stayed where she was, What do I say for him? Why is this so hard!? If only my winglet was here, I'd be able to focus, even with Jaguar's inane stories, and MockingBird and Atlantic's arguing... She was thinking more and more about her winglet than she was of her father. She gasped, Stop it! I need to focus! Why can't I focus! What's wrong with me! She began to cry. Freezing poison leaked from her mouth as she sobbed, Everyone steered clear of her for the rest of the time. She clamped her mouth shut with her talons, feeling the scar on the inside of her mouth, from when MockingBird hit her. She watched the cloud of poison turned and twist around her as if it was a snake trying to suffocate her.
Because of her IceWing and HiveWing, her poison was very different, it was a cloud that would freeze anything it touched and her tail venom would do the same, but on the inside. It was hard keeping everything in check, she had to read about her weapons just to control them. She always felt MockingBird's sun yellow eyes peering over her should to see her not know how to use her own powers. If father was here, I'd know what to do... I'd be able to focus...
  "BeeWolf, it's time to bury him," Topaz said with a thin black veil covering her eyes. The dragonet nodded, stood, and went to the podium that stood in front of her entire family, both HiveWing and IceWing.
She walked up to the stand and sighed, It's now or never, saw what I need to say and then say goodbye..
"Hornet was, he was my father, he was Seal's husband," she said seeing her mother begin crying. "He was Topaz's brother, he was Beetle's son, and he was and is the dragon who made me who I am now... He will be missed, and he'll leave a mark nothing can fill, but, truth be told, We'll be ok... My father didn't let me go without a hug and a kiss on the cheek, he was there to make me smile and lift me up more times that myself... Just because he's died, does not mean he's left, where we are, he follows, I've been on my own for eight weeks now, missing him and my home more than ever, once I heard what had happened, I was devastated, but, that doesn't mean I have to stay that way," she said and sighed, remembering her friends at her winglet, "You all have family and friends around you, don't be afraid to talk about him or just to feel sad, you CAN miss him, you WILL miss him, but that's means nothing, unless you love him," she said, nodded her head and went stand by her mother.
Seal hugged her daughter, "Thank you, your father would be so proud," she said. Bee nodded and stifled her broken voice, "I know, I just wish I could have said I love you one last time, or just hug him," Bee said, her voice was shattered and she was weeping in her mother's shoulder.
She watched in the pale moonlight as the huge brown and black HiveWing was lowered into the ground, being buried with snow and dirt. Father, p-please help me stay strong for mother, until next week when I can go back to my winglet, have a safe trip to the HeveanPlain father, I love you, goodbye....
