Mortal Kombat Gender Swap #38 - Cyrax becomes...

Cyrax, the second Lin Kuei cyborg. Originally a warrior from Botswana, she reluctantly agreed to be part of the clan's Cyber Initiative alongside Sektory and became unit LK-4D4. Although she now is an emotionless machine, under her cybernetic shell there still is a soul struggling to be restored.

Finally done the other half of the Ketchup and Mustard duo!

Once again it's based on the MK9 appearance, since that's both based on the character's classic look while also being updated.

Back when I made the genderswapped Sektor I said I wanted to make Cyrax quite different, but I ended up adapting the character in much of the same way, to keep continuity: I want that if you look at the two of them together they feel like they belong to the same clan. I do think that we can see an improvement in my style comparing the two though. (or maybe this one only shows that I'm more obsessive with polishing the drawing now)

The pose I changed to something more dynamic than Sektor's because part of Cyrax's storyline has always been having his soul restored, and he even appeared a fully restored good guy in MKDA and MKA; same reason why I mentioned the soul thing in the description.

The name I thought works well for a female, so I didn't bother changing it. I don't even have any idea on what a possible female name could be.

btw, I always tought that the pattern on Cyrax's chest looked like a bra! Seriously, I can't unsee that every time I play! (not as bad as SexyMotaro though --> fav.me/d9ehej3 )
