-Self Control: He has learned to control his outburst. He can't get much information from others if he is yelling at them and pushing them around.

-Blunt: His honesty comes at a price. He is very forward about his questions and opinions. Not really considering others feeling.

History

Skipper grew up in a city and a normal family house hold. Two loving, supporting parents and 5 older sisters that still to this day love to pretty him up when they come to visit. Every time, he takes it like a man.
When Skips was younger his mother gave him a blue journal for his birthday, telling him that it's used to hold important things that happen in his life. That he should write down everything that he would want to remember. Instantly he loved it; only because his mother gave it to him. He thanked his mother and was never seen without it. He tried writing things about stuff that happened to him but nothing exciting ever happened to him except for when he would get into fights. Though he found out quickly that other people's lives and gossip were way more exciting.

He started with just spying on his family, to eavesdropping on neighbors, then to just going up to people and asking them personal question to gossip he heard. In high school he was able to make his own newspaper for the school. He wrote about students achievements if they were really that impressive/important, the school's sports teams, and of course gossip that went around the campus. The students and staff loved the quality and effort he put into his work but the gossip is what had Skipper removed from the newspaper. He almost got a teacher fired for writing down that said teacher was having a romantic relationship with a student and instead got himself suspended for lying. Skipper argued that he wrote nothing but the truth in his articles. Of course they didn't believe him.

Finally Skips decided to moved away from the city. Finding its way to noisy and he just wanted new scenery. So he decided to move to Poke village found it to be a beautiful place though he will never admit that to anyone. To top it off he found his dream job as the boss of the newspaper. He just hopes that the staff or, helpers are up to his standards. He excepts nothing but the best.
