History:

Naomi was born of an extramarital affair between Miyu Kurokawa and Sora Hoshino’s father. Soon after Miyu discovered she was pregnant, the relationship fell apart and she moved back in with her parents. For the first couple years of her life, Naomi was raised primarily by her grandparents. However, when she was around five her mother met, fell in love with, and married a wonderful man. He adopted Naomi as his own and the new family had a chance to move into their own home. The rest of her childhood was fairly normal and happy.

In high school she became interested in knowing about her biological father’s side of her family. Her mother explained the situation, gave her his name, and wished her luck, but not without telling her to be careful. After some searching she discovered she had a half-sister who was only two years younger than her. Miyu got in contact with Sora’s mother and the two officially met before Sora entered high school. They occasionally visited each other until Naomi went to college. They still kept in touch through phones and social media, but the distance made it difficult to see each other in person often.

Naomi prospered in college, somehow managing to balance coursework, her social life, and a job at times. During her senior year, she interned as a receptionist at the law firm her father worked for. She enjoyed her time there and returned after she graduated. It was smooth (if a bit boring) sailing for four years until Naomi started yearning for change of pace and scenery and a promotion. After searching for months and getting her resume in order, she found an opening for a legal secretary at a law firm in Domoko and jumped at the chance to live in the big city. Narrowly beating out the other applicants, Naomi packed up her apartment and headed to Jarr to start the next chapter of her life!
