UuooohhhThis art i was drawing a very looooooong time.

What i want to say.
When i decide to participate, i walk through this game again. It still scary and very cool even nowadays. It was really pleasure to play it)
BUT
To fight the monsters was a pain... no BIG PAIN, Harry is very slow - monsters had a good dinner of him.
And i wanted to show it on my art.
Next problem was my emotional connection. I really love this game. I made many sketches of Harry poses, thought a lot about location, about monsters i want to draw,
and after all my agony (better to say agonies including ican'tdrawatall period) finally this art was born.

I'm not familiar with these games, but this piece just strikes me somehow. I mean, you see a lot of artwork where characters look desperate or heroic or they're in some super-cool pose.... But this.... he legit just looks like a normal person. From his stance to the expression on his face to the pipe he's got in his hands. He just looks like a guy tryin' to make it through, and I love it.

All Silent Hill games from 1-4 are excellent
(2 being my particular favorite.)
But it’s cool you pay homage to the original and show Harry fending off those demon pterodactyl things.
You can never forget wandering through that snowy fog and having these things flying at you.
