That’s an art project from before winter break. We had to choose a picture of either a relative or a celebrity, as much as it’s an actual person, and redraw this said picture in vibrant colours. It’s called fauvism I think. I was the only one in my class that took a relative and not a celebrity lol. I redrew a selfie of my cousin.

I barely took any effort to make this, yet when my art teacher saw it for the first (I wasn’t even halfway through finishing it that time) she *LITERALLY* gasped in AWE at my drawing! I even had a few positive comments from a few classmates.

I’m not that good at realism, and those who are used to my posts by now know that I have a pretty cartoony artstyle, yet when I’m supposed to make realism art in art class, I take little to no effort in almost all of them yet I get a LOT of positive comments on my school art projects lol.
