Nine's personality:From first impression most would say that Nine doesn't have a personality; he never says anything, and he's very passive.
But those closer to him will know that he's very kind in nature, and is also an extremely loyal companion.
Many people assume that he is very dumb, but just because he follows and says nothing doesn't mean he isn't thinking a lot.
Nine's backstory:

-Presumedly, Nine's mutism and amnesia were caused by injury from another Rohkuh.
(Hence the lingering scar on his neck)
