It doesn't work, or at least, I havn't found a way to do both.
If you have ANY refraction over 1.0 with translucent skin, you get noise in the form of green polygon shards and general grain in your shadows AND your highlights, and it over powers the wet specular.
So far, you have to choose one or the other

I Like the normal one but the contrast look too high or the color saturation

it's the lighting of the invisible window from the invisible HDRI haha. Nothing changed between the two other than the translucent skin and turning the refraction to 1 on the second one
