I changed my mind from Scorbunny to Grookey, and I lucked out with getting a girl one, so instead of Grant, my Thwackey is now Eveline.

Of course, I use a theme naming scheme for my Mons. In this case, things and people you might see in the UK, where Galar is obviously based off of. Grant as in Grant Kirkhope, Eveline as in Eveline Novakovic, Gwenivere from British folklore, Conker as in Conker's Bad Fur Day, Kidman as in Nicole Kidman, Teresa May as in the British Prime Minister (not the dirty actress), Digestive as in the Chocolate Digestives, Morgz as in yes, that Morgz, et cetera. The only exceptions are Dynamax catches, wherein they're named some variation of "Max", and when I found myself an Impidimp, because Impidimps are classified as "Wily", and obviously, that makes me think of Mega Man, and of course, I had to name mine "Wahwee" after that meme regarding one of the FMV cutscenes in the 8th game!
