It's a little obvious you traced or broke down the pose from a reference(which their is nothing wrong with) but then tried to match it with some weird child looking anime head.. this is a dead giveaway that your trying to do art above your skill level.. you need to practice your fundumentals more. You prob should have just pulled/broke down the head from another reference as well as the face from a third reference from either lucy lawless herself or a different model.. the rendering is decent for a low level cell shade look.. my advice, practice your fundumentals, practice figure drawing and practice portrait or head drawings and then after that learn character simplification for cartooning.. a lot of new artist go directly to cartooning when you should have studied realism first and then simplification to make cartoons or caricatures. Keep up the study and the practice! Good job. Don't let this critique bum you out either.. you need critical feedback to know how to get better.. use everything as a learning experience. I wish you the best.
