Description

Pinnochio was going to be Del Toro's first animated film and it was said that this film was going to be more cosser to Carlo Collodi's original book. How you may ask? by bieng very VERY dark, witch the poster shows the dark setting that the film was to take place. The film takes place in Italy in the interwar years of ww1 and ww2, this part of history is know in Italy as the rise of fascism (or fascismo as the Italians would say) and the rise of Benito Mussolini as Italys grave dictator.
