Overall the render is very realistic and I love it!
For my opinion, I would had decreased a lit bit the bump strength! Nothing Else! Excellent!

Wow, his skin look so realistic and detailed ! Also, the swollen veins add a lot to the realism of the character ! And last but not the least, the lighting is top-notch !
And yes, especially with those goggles, he resembles a bit the characters from the movie "Mad Max: Fury Road", so "Post Apocalyptic Thug" is a very appropriate title, in my humble opinion !
