READ BEFORE YOU COMMENTI hate it when people ask me if I watch yaoi, yuri or hentai JUST BECAUSE I LIKE ANIME.
Just to make things clear, I DO NOT watch any of these. Yaoi, which is guy-on-guy sex, makes me feel uncomfortable whenever I read or see something about it. Even if I came to like it, I'd try not to view these kinds of things. Why? No matter what you say and think, it is still considered porn which is wrong and perverted though I don't think supporting pairings mean the same thing.
I would prefer saying "I watch shounen-ai", which is like a guy/guy relationship but with no porn, intense kissing and stuff like that.
This stamp was NEVER meant to offend, hurt or force people to stop watching what they enjoy.
But if you feel the same way, feel free to use it.

It seems that whenever I say I like anime, someone immediately asks if I like Yaoi. As a follow-up to me saying, "No, sorry, I'm not a fan of Yaoi", I immediately get a large gasp, followed by "You don't like Yaoi???" As though it's really such a bad, surprising thing... It's happened to me at least two or three times, all in different places.

Well, I don't mind a few Yaoi pairings, the canon ones only, but generally, I hate Anime Homo pairs and Hentai. Some idiots even asked what parts of Boku No Pico or Junjou Romantica I liked.

I'm a guy, and I don't want to sound like a soccer mom here, but Yaoi is offensive to me. I know a Yaoitard (I rarely speak to her anymore, and for a reason you'll see in a minute) who drew my two OC's, a Wraith and a half-Phoenix, sucking each other off. I told her to get rid of the work, and she told me she'd get rid of it. She was hiding it from me, and when I found it, I tore it up right in front of her.
