I really like this design!
For some reason it reminds me of Cruella DeVill from the 101 Dalmatians, but other than that I really like way the dress really hugs her body and those puffy things (?) really make it look unique! Nice job! ^^

no... i would say more pretty. it reminds me of the late 1920s mixed with a bit of elegance from the early Victorian era.

this is not to say that someone else wont find it to be sexy. but i dont, to me it is far more beautiful than it will ever be sexy.
