well, this is for all you space pirates out there...... while i agree that Disney is, essencially, a heartless capitolist empire with little to no interest for the fancy and magical world of children, they've got a damn fine animation department... and they just put out a pretty good film (Treasure Planet!!)based on an excelent book (Treasure Island!!), despite the burn it got from critics... they can rot in hell
at any rate, one of the characters in the movie is B.E.N. (a robot, voiced by Martin Short, who has quite literally, lost his mind... all his memory banks)... at one point, when he and Jim are captured by pirates, he has a good line: "My life jsut flashed before my eyes! at least... I think it was my life.... was i ever dancing with an android named Lupe?".... many of you may remember the line from t.v. trailers... still more of you may have acctually seen it... at any rate, this is the briefly mentioned, mysterious Lupe... although i had trouble at first deciding whether lupe was a man or a woman... i figured it didn't matter...

Okay, I know this is the first review in almost five years, but I wasn't a Deviant at the time and could do nothing.
I really like this, and the movements...very nice. In fact, I had an idea of what Lupe looked like. I pictured her to be more human. Well, one idea we both share is the black hair (is it black or dark brown?) and the red-themed clothing.

I sawed that movie.. even knew about it whilst I was at CSSSA... and before then! So, you can bet I was happy to see that movie .. I got the book for it too.. damn it, that book's good (the diney edition behind-the-scenes thing)..
B.E.N. was cool, but my heart will always be with Silver and Morph.. damn, Silver was sweet in this movie.. TOOT SWEET!...
but I say, ol' chum (hehehehehhh), this is a SMASHING gewd picture

Oh man! I loved that movie! Me and my little brother got free movie passes to go and see it, I wasn't expecting much but I was practically awestruck the entire time! It was an AWESOME movie!
