Heh, someone else in the fandom came up with it. It was an IRC RPG for a time. It still might be, for all I know. In any event, it isn't quite like the real world FBI. Despite having uniforms, the Megakat Bureau of Investigation is somehow a group of "legally sanctioned vigilantes," which is an oxymoron, but whatever.
