Hey mate, I borrowed this image to use on the pony creator, is that alright? I would really enjoy the writing app if you made it, especially if it was exported as a transparent .png file. Nice Graphic on its own though.

Well, the point of the book being blank is that whoever's cutie mark this is gets to write the book. They get to fill it in. For a writer, a blank piece of paper is sort of like a challenge or an adventure. I'll be uploading a version with a pen later, though.
