Name: Thanatos (Pronounced with a long O) sometimes called "Thane"

Talents:
Stealing - Basically how he lives, he has to be good at Stealing. Sometimes uses it to steal people's pets...
Hiding - To keep from getting caught, he hides in the mountains of Lumeria, and around towns.
Animal Taming - Thane is a big softy for cute pets, so he'll often try to tame them.

Personality: Speaks loudly, and is a lot of times rude. Generally doesn't help people, but if he likes you he will; liking people doesn't exactly mean he's nice to them, though. Does what he wants most of the time.
History: Thanatos was born with white hair, a white tail, and white ears. For some reason, his mother had a strange obsession in which she thought Hellhounds should only have dark-colored or red hair. Being born with neither of these traits, his mother considered him "deformed". His father was never around, and worked as a mercenary.

His little sister -- who was two years younger -- usually picked on him, learning from his mother always degrading him. One day, playing in the woods, he had an idea -- that if he had "normal" traits, his mother would love him. So he went into town and stole a black dye, going to a stream in case it got messy. After he dyed his ears, tail and hair, he ran home and showed his mother.

His mom took one glance at him, and hauled him back to the stream. She scrubbed him until most of it was out of his hair, thought the coarse fur of his ears and tail retained the coloring. When he asked her why she didn't want him to be the "ideal son", she told him that if he was born a freak, he was going to live a freak.

He tried to stay away from home as long as he could after that, and when he got older, getting random jobs just for an excuse. He just up and left one day, no note or anything. Occassionally his sister will visit him, usually just to mess with him, but he has no idea how she finds him with all the moving he does.

- Has a very strange pet that follows him, and likes to curl around his neck.
- Doesn't like crowds, but goes in them to steal stuff easier.
