Do you draw these in public transport? If so, does the shakiness of the vehicle not bother you? I wish I could draw during my trips but it’s impossible to draw a straight line...

yes and yes. since its always the same route, i can usually tell,
where the rough parts are and when its smooth, but most of the
time in the last months the train is late and trys to compensate
the timeloss via fullspeed on the more quiet segments too = shakiness.
hatching has to be done quick with a hard grip while
staying very soft to the paper... it is a struggle. what is even more
annoying? people suddenly sitting in front of the ones you are drawing,
or the people you are drawing getting up and out too early.

I see. I take the bus and it shakes way too much haha, maybe I should try next time I’m on a train, and try to memorize the rough segments of the trip. It really amazes me though: you draw detailed, beautiful sketches like this in a shaky vehicle... that’s some real talent! Cheers!

bus is waay more hard then train, i'd say. did it once
on the bus, wasn't that much fun (hard brakes, so many
assholes on the road, you can f*** up every sec.)
thank you! really appreciate the kind words!

These observational drawings are a thrill to see! My little wax heads don't have nearly as much life.

Reminds me of the game Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, where you had sequences with a psychologist and he made you take tests. One of them was a bunch of seemingly sleeping people and you had to decide which one of them was merely sleeping and which one was dead.

damn, i always wanted to play that one. totally forgot about it.
going to get the WII version, since i've read that the radio sounds
come out of your wii-mote and you can point the flashlight with motion
control. i own a WIIU, should work.
the scene you mention already sounds so good! can't wait. :3
