I like her shirt.... That's some pretty intense detail, and not too mention her skirt is really well done. Look at all that freaking shading.

Hi there. I really like the lighting on this. It works well. My suggestion for you when drawing backgrounds like this, is that you need to work on getting the perspective right. It is a hard thing to master even for myself and I have been doing this for a while. It looks to me only half way there af far as it being believable. Getting the perspective right will make all the difference ^_^

That is one way to do it. But if you want to go old skool (and I am all about the old skool) then you should practice by hand as once you learn and practice, you will be able to draw it at any given moment
