Despite her tomboyish air, Renka is a maiden at the core. She enjoys everything a typical girl her age would. She’s incredibly friendly with other females to the fault that someone may mistaken her intentions if they didn’t know her better. With males however, sometimes she’s so shy she comes off mildly abrasive and apprehensive towards them. She’s typically gullible and naive, still believing in things such as love at first sight or benefits of the doubt and the like. Despite her masculine way of carrying herself, she wants to be a professional nail and hair dresser at a popular salon. Once you get to know her, Renka is rather playful and protective towards all of her friends.

BIOGRAPHY

Born to a family immediately consisting of her Japanese father and half korean-japanese mother, Renka was named after her paternal grandparent’s love story, as well as her own parent’s love story, quite literally. Her family owns a traditional japanese sweets shop in the same town as Tachibana high. Her mixed background gave Renka a colorful childhood, as she was free to express what she liked and loved and have those feelings reciprocated by her parents. She has an extremely good relationship with her parents, who, like their daughter, express their emotions freely amongst themselves. They laugh together, play together, get angry at eachother, cry together- whatever it was the Seo family did wholesomely.

Without much pressure, Renka was able to try out new things without consequence, a habit she still holds to this day when it comes to club activities. Throughout her childhood, she tried out a myriad of hobbies, from drawing to collecting stamps, dabbling in a bit of music but never truly mastering anything. After awhile of freedom and much thought, Renka thought she'd be better off doing something more 'down to earth' and decided from mid middleschool on to focus on becoming a professional nail/hair dresser.

⋗ Although Renka was an only child, she never felt the loneliness of not having someone to play with. Renka had a close bond with her cousin Kai, the two being glued to eachother by the hip since a little after their birth.

⋗ Has been an active person since childhood, she has a lot of energy and has been notoriously known for club hopping between sports clubs.

➹ Doesn’t have a job, but occasionally works part time with her parents at their sweets shop
➹ Because she sleeps in a lot, she always arrives late and attempts to sneak into school
➹ Has excellent aim, is good at arcade games and carnival games but terrible with console gaming.
