I like to imagine that sometimes witches with varying powers meet each other in their daily lives, or are able to get along relatively well with each other, and enjoy combining their powers to an extent.
I can also see Naunet and Kuuma being friends since they do have a lot in common, and the combination of their powers would often result in some sort of steam bath, maybe some other combinations of fresh water and heat/lava. I'd imagine they'd be pretty comfortable around each other, especially Naunet, who would not mind if anyone wandered upon their makeshift steam bath.

But ye they would've made this themselves, Kuuma using basic earth manipulation + general digging to dig out a hole, Naunet drawing out water from several sources or even her own creation to put inside, and Kuuma heating it up to make it a comfortable steam bath!
