That is her natural hair and yes she did cut it, but the scenes in this episode was filmed almost a year apart from each other so apologies for the different lengths.

It's alright. I was curious because I remember her hair being shoulder length. Oh, and sorry to say but I kinda laughed when I saw Sebastian just took Alan's Death Scythe when he starts to fight Eric. I was like, " Did he just do that?"

That scene in the musical...So epic yet so sad especially when Alan called out to Eric before questioning him. You guys are awesome.
