so here's a Star Wars OC that i haven't drawn in a while.

her 'story' (cuz was only ever in my head) was set a couple generations after the Yuuzhan Vong Invasion. her father was a member of the Liahn-Khet, an order of force users that didn't beleive in dak side/light side (all shades of grey; depends on what you do, not HOW), and integrated cybernetics into their members not just as a result of injury, sometimes able to regenerate around and fully integrate with the mech parts. they frequently used more that one weapon in combat, and were more egalitarian in their weapons (not limited to lightsabers) and wore armor that denoted what clan they were from and their rank, and often used 'world shaping' techniques. they were ostracized by the Jedi Order for both their views on the Force and their deliberate augmentation, and thus 'skulked' around the edges of society, frequently hiring out as mercenaries or missleading others into beleiving they were Jedi in order to solve problems. despite their way of looking on the force, their member had far less frequent incidents of slippage into psychotic insanity.

her mother was an Imperial Shadow Trooper (spec ops Stormies with shields and cloaking devices)

a family friend from her mother's unit is Obroa Sywalker (ref to a shipyard location-parents thought was funny) - i know, a Skywalker working for the Empire! but it's a different Empire...

her trainer is a friend of her father's, whom he befriended and 'redeemed', who should have been dead long before...

her grand father (or great grandfather) was known as Trioculus, no darkside priests involved....

she lost her rigth arm in a youthful fight with the man who supposedly killed her father, another Liahn-Khet; she skewered him PAST his blocking move, which came up an instant 'late' and cut her arm. he had moved just barely enough to avoid a heart stab.. afterwards, Tensa devoted herself to the study of weapons, both in making them and fusing them. you notice she carries several light sabers. among them are one of her father's, a 'flintlock' shaped one (like Count Dooku's), and an s-shaped dual blade. she frequently 'juggles' weapons....
she is EXTREMELY skilled in lightsaber combat, and even frequently donates her time and expertise to live performances where such skill is wanted...

many of the details in my background i came up with before i found out about 'LEGACY', which takes place in the same era, and i have yet to reconcile them, which is a primary reason why i have not drawn her and her friends in a while..
