For a sketch, I like this a lot. I do like the outfit, and the chest/boobs are proportioned well. Not too big, y'know? This seems like a stupid question 'cause I could just look through you gallery and find this out, but do you have anything like photoshop? This would look quite nice colored and shaded completely!
