Dunno if anyone's done this yet, but I'm too afraid to check because someone probably did this but better than mine. Good for them, but it would make me sad because mine probably sucks in comparison. lolAnyway this is Captain Water 7, an obvious mix of Franky from One Piece and Captain America from Captain America and the Avengers movie. I figured he would be better as Captain America than as Iron Man. With him being like the American of the crew. Plus he's pretty strong and the shield he uses also has a star on it. (His arm) So I figured he fit better as Captain America. The name makes sense but I think it could be better. Maybe Captain Grand Line or something. But whatever. I wish my scanner was bigger...
