Another world-building piece except this is more of a depiction of an event in the story that serves as practice for how to do backgrounds in a setting I've always struggled with: any place with trees in it.

Here, Kim and Martha are hiking through the woods to get to an old ritual site that will help them close a great distance in shorter time but in these woods are many potential threats from drop crabs all the way to mantises. So Martha stands ready to eviscerate anything that would seek to make a meal of them.
