At last, I drew a direct kiss between Drakken and Shego

This project turned out to be more difficult to do than I thought. First of all, I was completely unsatisfied with the sketch number one, so I started to draw the same motif all over again. I didn't do well at first, but in the end the sketch was much better than the first one. Only this time I had a problem with the digital version. I didn't like some proportions, colours, etc. So I was once again working on the lineart, colours and background   But here it is, as I planned, a slightly bashful kiss of my favourite couple

I really wanted to draw Shego in a casual outfit and Drakken in some kitchen scene. Generally, I avoid drawing food for personal reasons (sounds mysterious, doesn't it? XD). But we know that Drakken has a sweet tooth, and he can bake/cook - it would be a sin not to use it.

Back to the subject of the characters' age (I don't know why, but I just like to know the approximate age of the characters in a movie or a cartoon ). In the case of Drakken and Shego, I thought it was hard to establish it unequivocally, but after digging through the archival interviews with Steve Loter (director of many KP episodes), I found out that he had actually specified the age of these two at least several times. In an interview that took place sometime around season two, Steve stated that Shego was in her early twenties. Then, after the end of season four, he informed that she was in her mid-twenties. In the same interview, he also said that Drakken was in his early forties. So I assume, according to this data, that Shego could be around 23 in the pilot episode (being around 26 in the last episode), and Drakken around 40 (being around 43 in "Graduation"). I know a lot of people suggested that Shego must have been older than that to work in high school. I don't know much about the US education system and learning qualifications but still, I don't take this fact into account for a simple reason: the creators probably didn't think about it at all for the first three seasons. And this is not the first time they bent the rules related to age - Brick Flagg was at the same time Kim's age (same classes), a year older than her (being in college while she's being a senior) and a few years older (Barkin saying that Brick repeated the class... more than once). If my logic doesn't seem very convincing to you, just consider it my headcanon

I'm also quite curious about other supporting characters from this series. For example, what do you think about the age of Senior Junior, Mrs. Lipsky, Motor Ed, or Steve Barkin?

As a kid, I thought SSJ was about the same age as Shego (you know, SSS is much older than Kim or Ron's parents...). Especially since the Polish version probably didn't mention that he wanted to be a TEEN pop star. Still, I think he is a bit older than Kim, a year or two.

Mama Lipsky is a complete mystery to me xD Since Drakken is over 40, she must be at least in her early sixties. I'd say that's what she could be, from early to mid-sixties. That also means she'd aged very well (it's probably a matter of good genes, Drakken looks good too ).

Similar problem with Motor Ed. As for me, he might as well be in his late twenties as in his mid or late thirties. The fact that he's Drew Lipsky's cousin doesn't help narrow it down at all. I'd say it's the mid-thirties. What theories do you have? Maybe there is a clue in the series that I did not notice?

As for Barkin, I always thought he was in his forties. Some people take it as a clue that he was dating Shego, so he must have been a little younger than that. Honestly, I don't consider it a fact of great significance, 'cause Shego doesn't seem to pay attention to the age of the potential partner. So here I'd say early to mid-forties, without much certainty
