Description Moto Zubier, the leader of the Iron Spear Cavalry, and his second in command, Shinjo Retsuyu, during the final days of the War of the Rich Frog. Together these two men survived that terrible conflict and won great glory for the Unicorn Clan...whether they would find themselves on another battlefield, on opposing sides, remains to be seen.

I wanted to draw some Legend of the Five Rings stuff, and Zubier's story has been at the forefront of my mind at the moment, from our RPG. Plus I've needed to try drawing him FOREVER...

This turned out great. The lines are strong and the little details really make the piece pop.

It reminds me a bit of another back-to-back scene that I would love to see... Resolute and Laughter

Yes, the experiment continues, mainly with how to handle the outer lining. The thicker lines make a lot of things easier, but there are several issues with them that I am still working on...
