[link] Tattle Tale - Glass Vase Cello CaseSo I was feeling like crap and decided to watch the movie 'But I'm a Cheeleader' and after it I really wanted to draw the two main characters together.
I love this movie. It's one of those movies I keep forgetting is one of my favorites and then I watch it and remember what I love about it. Graham and Megan are without doubt my favorite movie couple ever. If you haven't seen 'But I'm a Cheerleader' you should really check it out. It's adorable and funny with an amazingly clever visual style to it.
It never fails to cheer me up.
Again, fooling around with liquid ink and a brush. I like the result, it's very Scott Pilgrim-y in my opinion.
I'm dedicating this to my wonderful sweetheart of a friend, ~LuLuLucious , whom I watched this movie with when I first saw it.
Drawn in liquid india ink, textured with micron pens and colored with Letraset Promarkers.
Megan and Graham belong to Universal Studios.

It's so fuzzy and cute and adorable and you can't stay down when you're watching it and it makes you so happyyyyyy~ I looove it. And Clea Duvall is cute in this movie.

Haven't seen the movie unfortunately, but I just watched the trailer and now I wanna check it out.

This is seriously VERY adorable though, and I think to myself "d'awwww" even though I barely know these two characters. Great idea for keeping to a limited colour palette, and I like the way you drew and organized the hearts in this. The solid inking is great too, and the picture does seem to gives off a Scott Pilgrim-ish feel to it.
As for a critique, I would suggest avoiding inked outlines for faded background objects. Since they're off in the distance, seeing black outlines for the tree and bench(?) looks a little odd, and it's conflicting with them either being in the front ground or background. Stick to a pencil or a gray pen if you need to outline background objects.
Cute picture overall and I'm very tempted to see this film now! c:
