Description Long time no see. Too bad I don't have much time for drawing these days. Sometimes school just sucks. D:

Thank you! Actually I've been drawing my whole life but I started to pay more attention to improvement about two years ago when I joined to dA.

I think the 3d look is mainly coming from the proper and detailed shading. And years of practise is quite helpful also. And you have to have the will to try drawing things differently and challenge your skills. But I must admit that pose is tricky.

Haha, yritän itsekin tosiaan vähän piristäytyä kommentoimisen suhteen. :'D

Silmiä on aina niin kiva piirtää. Mulla menee yleensä aika kauan, että saan ne juuri sellaisiksi kuin haluan. Jotenkin ne tuo vaan kuvaan niin paljon enemmän syvyyttä onnistuessaan.

Varjostus oli aikaavievää, mutta ihan hauskaa kokeilla erilaisia tekniikoita.

Ja kiitokset tosi paljon kommentista ja favista!

i just LOVE!!! your shading style, and that background is very nice mixed with the lighting affect. It gives the image the feeling that Riki is watching a forest fire heading his way

Wow, thank you! I'm always soo glad to hear your thoughts about my drawings. The shading was a pain in the ass but I think it turned out better than I first thought. :'D

Thank you! It took a while to do all the shading. x'D And good to hear the linework looks okay, I had problems with getting the lines straight.

Lol, I'm so shy at making drawing videos. I once tried but it didn't succeed that well. :'D But maybe I will some day try making something up.
