I really like what you did with the hair on this one! The way you used less prominent lines to add volume makes it seem much larger and layered than if you hadn't, it also adds a feathery look to it. The right upper collar seems a bit off, but that may just be me.
The scars that cut up his eyebrow are really interesting, and they almost make me ask what his story is. Were they piercings? Did he get into a fight? What happened to give him those scars? His snake bites are a nice touch, adding to the tough-biker-guy feel he gives off with his jacket and faux-hawk.
My favorite part about this is probably the shading. You did a magnificent job with that, especially on his left side to accentuate his cheekbone, that is very well-done. Your anatomy is very good too, especially around his neck and then leading to his upper chest.

I also like the hair, it was so much fun to draw so I'm glad to hear you like it.
He lived with his older brother after their mom died. His brother was abusive towards him so I guess he got the scars when they were fighting.
I guess I could've put more effort to shading. It doesn't look that bad but I guess more details would've made it more vivid.

It doesn't have to be more vivid. In fact, I like how subtle it is. It's soft and gentle, which is very good to have on a face or on skin.
