Oh! That's Apollo and Athena from the Ace Attorney series by Capcom. It's basically an adventure/interactive narrative where you play as defense attorneys and need to prove all your clients not guilty! The storylines are pretty deep and thus the characters are really well developed too. I highly recommend it!

Aah, that actually sounds pretty fun OuO I googled it and I see the first games are for GBA, so I bet there's ROMs of them that I can play on an emulator (I'm too poor right now to get anything else lmao). I'll definitely check them out if there are!

There's also a DS port of the first game (which is the one I own and played) and there's one extra case in that one. I've never played on a DS emulator so I don't know how it will work.

Ahhh you will not regret it! It's like... my fave game series after Mother ... I think. XD

I've never tried a DS emulator either... and so far all the roms I can find are for DS ahah xD So this is my chance to try that then

I really love the Ace Attorney games and playing Spirit of Justice rang that bell that I needed to draw fanart of it. I've played every game except for the Miles Edgeworth one, which I heard is pretty different from the rest. I can't believe I've never drawn a proper fanart for it........ until now.

Oh and expect more on the way! I'm working on more stuff for that. ^^ Ahh I love Apollo, he's my fave out of the series, haha.

Then I guess you must really like Spirit of Justice since Apollo gets a lot of character development in that game.

Miles Edgeworth is a damn good game. It is indeed different in that there's no courtrooms anymore (except for Case 4), and all the "Objections!" and "Take Thats!" are handled in a variety of different settings. That alone is interesting. But it also has a fantastic story that is properly layered and unlike most Ace Attorney games, has every case in the game be connected to it. One of my favourites in the series in my opinion.

Ahhhh I loved Spirit of Justice very much! I was a little skeptical about being in a new country and having the Divination Seances, but it was fitted into the plot so nicely. Though I always found the seances quite a challenge, haha. Took ages to find those contradictions, lol.

Well well, I guess if that's how it is, then I shall consider it. Haha, another game to add to my "To play" list.
