Description
First Deviation and first sucessful wallpaper after getting Photoshop yesterday. Did some editing in paint because I dunno how to get pixel thin lines in PS so yea.Not a fan of the Zune but the iPod looked to small for this and the Zune just looks pretty. Called it the Royal Zune since some people consider purple the color royalty and it sounds cool.

yeah, I figured it was something of the sort. I ended up doing it the "lazy" way and just used the paint bucket. pretty much the same effect.

I'm not sure how I did it for this, but when you have everything done, make sure it's solid black and white. Create a new layer over it all, fill with your desired color, and then set it to lighten.

For the zune itself I had applied the threshold modifier in photoshop. That however is a lazy way to do it. T
he quality isn't all that great, so I would recommend vectoring it by hand, using the threshold image as reference. Or you could get a bigger image, threshold, smoothen a bit, and resize.
I keep forgetting to touch up on this, I'll try to follow my own advice some day,
