After too long, I finally did this thing (parody?). With the new map on TF2's workshop taking place in a city area and having these Scout's cosmetics, here we have a two on Red and Blu posing like Cole MacGrath from Infamous (PS3).

Note: In order to use the map in GMod, you need to sub to this item from TF2 first, then find it in the workshops folder and move it to your TF2 map folder. There should be videos online to explain more in detail.
