Finally done )i used black paper (though it's more gray then black) and derwent watercolor pencils

Верхняя часть морды очень реалистично смотрится. (Если не считать слегка кривоватого носа - но это мелочь ). Хорошая работа с полутонами, создаёт объёмность изображения.
И цвет глаз серо-зелёный, как у моего персонажа-грифона.
Приятно видеть, что твоё мастерство понемногу растёт.

Мне кажется что нос немного не туда повёрнут о_О или справа чуть выпирает...

Да, есть такая проблема. Тото мне не нравится, когда дополнительный свет включают...
Ничего страшного, я же говорю, шикарно. Но это малюсенькая деталь. Все мы люди, часто ошибаемся. А я того чаще... xDDD

It looks great! I adore how you colored the eyes, they look super realistic.
There are some minor problems with the facial structure though, something that can easily be fixed
Also, Maybe your your next piece you do on black paper, or any colored paper, have a goal to leave at least 25% of the paper showing in your composition.

oh thanks for advise - i actually wanted to leave color paper as a bg
but i did soooo soo much scetchy lines with white pencil everywhere! (there was tonns of different body positions i drew)
and as for head
cause of thing that i pushed on pencils much, the drawing start to glitter a lot, so every minute i should watch on it from side
i was drawing under the lamp and that was another lighting problem
but you said it can be fixed... how?

Haha well I always thought sketchyness was really cool, having a part of the line-art as the background. (I'm learning all of this at my art college so I just kind of regurgitate a years worth of composition from what I've learned.)
For the head, I personally think it would be an easy fix, I don't know if you want to do it with this one, or just wait till the next one, but you could try adding different values, If you had left more of the black background then it would be easy to incorporate black shadow to fix the nose. (It's a bit off). Also I think the overall head is too small for the facial feature you put on it. Making it slightly bigger wouldn't be too hard to do. But I think adding contrasting values such as more dark grays would make the overall piece much more interesting.

well it would be hard to put new layer of pencils
so usually when i see my mistakes, i notice it to try not make them again
