I like to think that she writes Scootaloo letters when possible, but it’s a bit hard to find a post office when you’re out in the field studying exotic plants and animals.

While her parents are away, Scootaloo stays with various friends of her parents around Ponyville, and with her aunts, but eventually finds her place in both Sweetie Belle and Applebloom’s homes, with both of their families well in on the loop on Scootaloo’s parent’s time demanding job.

Scootaloo also finds refuge in Rainbow Dash’s home from time to time, thinking of her like an older sister, and Rainbow Dash is always happy to have the company, assuming she’s not busy with training season at the Wonderbolts academy.
