Electavion is sorta the...lightshow of the team,always wanting to make himself known.
One of the smartest of the team,he is able to stategize complex maneuvers to defeat his foe.And he can transmit these tactics to the other members mentally via the internal commlink connected to his (and all the other members) brain.
Also you may notice that he has no eyes and it's because...well...he's blind!Electavion is completely blind,but he doesn't really mind it.Electavion can 'see' perfectly with his sonar pings he emits and recieves the sonic feedback through the four receptors on his head (two on each side).Those receptors can also pick up electical pulses given off by organic and mechanical beings.This gives him a sort of 'sixth sense' for he is able to detect enemies behind,above,and underneath him.

Now that we've talked about the defensive part of him, we can go on to the offensive.Of course, Electavion isn't called the 'lightshow' for nothing; the nickname is for his extravigant power over electricity.Although not as complex and powerful as Unit 01's powers over it, electavion can still do a great amount of damage.When he wishes to use his power he unsheaths multiple metallic quills on his arms.The quills are then fired while great accuracy towards the enemie.These quills,while painful on their own, are best used to conduct electricty through the enemy.As the electricity is courcing through the enemy,it will create so much static electricity that the creature will start to burn alive.Orange and blue flames burst out of the enemy as it slowy dies an agonizing death.Another ability is that electavion has retrachable claws and fist blades,made of the same metallic material as his quills.Also he has the ability to make sonic bursts through the thick flaps that make up his mouth.
