Looks good. and about the background:
Try not to Blur the clouds too much. Use a Chalk-Brush with 30-80% opacity and play around with it ond a Blue background, you'll see that you can do a lot of cool stuff with it, by enlarging the Brush-Size and picking colors in between Blue and White. Hope that will help you.
