I do love this design, even with my arachnophobia.  Not to take away from the work, the spider kinda reminds me of a the design they had in Doom 3 or the film adaptation of The Mist.  The combination of the demoness and the spider reminds me a bit of Quelaag from Dark Souls.  I do love the creativity and detail in this piece ^_^
