but you CANNOT:
resell to / share with anyone
do commissions on this base (customs are OK)

MORE INFO:
in the purchaseable .ZIP file, there's a .PSD, one transparent png of the base in every face variation (and one with no face), aswell as a folder with MS paint friendly PNGs.

.PSDs can be opened with paint tool sai if you have a not-poopie version, aswell as fire alpaca, medibang paint (u should look into it its a beefed out firealpaca), and of course, any photoshop/adobe graphics program (duh), aswell as many other programs.
