Works like this remind me of how much i miss the old point-and-click computer games. Some of the artwork and backgrounds in the older games were so stunning, mostly because they were rendered at low resolution and very few colors. i'm not talking about the old Hugo games, but rather Quest for Glory series and the later King's Quest games. Those were awesome, not just for the story but also the artwork.

Great work. Ever thought about making some subtle animations for the flames or clouds? Maybe some simple leaf and grass movement?
