Guy with the headband here looks like a character from some manga-style comic Image comics released a few years back. Headband, build, face type. Honest critique (no sarcasm intended on this one), I like the panelling here. Although the third big panel could have used a lower angle shot. Though your characters look a bit generic at times, and they can be somewhat stiff, your panel compositions are good.

Yeah. Must improve my layouts. I'm usually okay with it when I finish it but I always wish I did something different when I look back on it.

well, looking at it with a cinematographer's eyes(like watching a movie) is a good direction to go. Works for any style, too ^^

Yeah it certainly helps. But sometimes I feel like if I keep visualizing my story telling in motion picture, I fail to visualize it in more static mediums like comics.
I'm guessing a good balance between the two is best.
