I just checked and it seemed that the author probably deleted it... but I do remember the whole meaning of the fanfic.
Basically, Ayano was eliminating her rival but got caught by Budo. Ayano begged him not to tell anyone, so Budo came up with a deal that Ayano has to serve him for a whole week. Budo demanded her to call him Master and to become his maid. Annnd, he gave her a maid uniform which looks like the one you drew. (I don't know if the author updated the story more or not, because after it ended, I didn't add it to my library please do not hate mee~ o///o) I think Budo maybe developed feelings for Ayano, because it had something to do with him building a "Kohai Shrine" in the Martial Arts Club dedicated to Ayano..
Anyway, that's about it. I personally couldn't continue reading it because I didn't really like the concept of Ayano being Budo's maid, or him being a pervert.. but you can check out Wattpad if you want to read a few Ayando fanfics (I checked, there's about 350+).
